摘要
采用HPLC法建立了中药太子参中Pseudostellarin A的分析检测方法,在此基础上通过正交试验对太子参环肽Pseudostellarin A的提取工艺进行了优化,得出在温度为30℃,超声时间1h,料液比1∶15,乙醇浓度为100%时,太子参Pseudostellarin A的提取浓度最高,此工艺为最佳提取工艺。
Using HPLC to establish the analytical and detection methods of Pseudostellarin A from Pseudostellaria heterophylla.Based on these test results,we adopted orthogonal test to make on optimization to the extraction technology research of Pseudostellarin A.Then we knew the extraction concentration was the highest when it was extracted in the factor of 30℃,1 hour ultrasound,and when material divided by liquid is 1∶15,ethanol concentration was 100%,and this technology was the best.
