摘要
结合了这几年国内外的研究成果,对休闲熟食鱼类,特别是淡水鱼食品的研究进展进行了综述。
With the development of modern society and the acceleration of people＇s lives,smelles snack and cooked fish foods become more and more popular.In this paper,the development of the integrated utilization of freshwater fishes in the world was introduced.Furthermore,the perspective of the integrated utilization of freshwater fishes was also presented.
