摘要
提出了分光光度法检测戊二酸中微量钨含量的方法。利用钨(Ⅴ)与KSCN生成稳定的黄绿色可溶性络合物的显色原理,在400 nm波长处检测钨含量。线性范围为0.4—4μg/mL,最低检出限为0.1μg/mL。
It describes a method of determination of wolfram content in glutaric acid by spectrophotometry.The wolfram content is determined in the 400 nm wavelength by using the color displaying principle that reaction between W5+ and KSCN turns into yellow complex.Calibration curves are linear in the range 0.4-4 μg/mL,with the detection limit of 0.1 μg/mL.
