摘要
在旧水泥路面加铺新水泥混凝土面层时设置层间功能层具有良好的使用效果。借鉴马歇尔设计理念并结合功能层的特殊层位功能进行层间功能层沥青混合料设计,研究设置功能层后加铺层和基层的应力改善情况。结果表明:设置4 cm厚的AC-10沥青混合料功能层后面层底部温度应力降低18%,基层底部的荷载应力降低16%,且具有良好的防水及应力吸收作用,对减少加铺水泥混凝土路面的早期破坏,延长加铺新水泥混凝土路面使用寿命具有重要意义。
Setting functional layer between base and surface course of cement concrete pavement has a good use effect.Asphalt mixture with Marshall design concept is designed,compbining the special location and function of the function layer.The stress changes after setting functional layer is studied.The results suggest that temperature stress at the bottom of surface course reduce by 18%,and load stress at the bottom of base course reduce by 16% after setting 4cm thick AC-10 asphalt mixture function layer.Meanwhile it plays an an important role in waterproof and absorbing stress,so the study palys an important role in reducing early damage and extend concrete pavement service life.
