摘要
运用消费者选择理论和湖北省消费者选择决策的实证调查数据对食品安全问题进行研究。研究表明:在效用最大化前提下,不同偏好的消费者对食品安全与价格选择有差异。针对不同的消费者群体生产不同安全等级的食品是政府制定食品安全政策、生产者新产品开发、食品安全等级确定、拓展市场以及提高食品安全水平的关键。
Based on the framework of theory of consumer,using a unique survey data in Hubei's of consumers choice,this article has construced a framework to analysis the question of Food Safety.It is found that under maxutility,consumers were construced by using the cluster analysis to exammine the preferende differende among the consumers.The conclution is helpful to government policy making,new product developing,food security rating determining,market developing and as well as raising the food safety level.
