摘要 通过显微镜将物体待测量进行充分放大,由数码相机对清晰的成像进行拍照。利用光栅作为显微镜下的测量标尺,其光栅常数为1.667μm,同样拍摄照片。将拍摄的图像输入计算机内,利用画图工具将其无损打开,可以获得标尺每单位所占的像素点数和物体待测量长度所占的像素点数,将后者与前者相比较,由此得到物体待测量的长度。该实验装置具有快速灵活、无接触式测量、适用面广、实时获取和分析数据、省力方便、不易出错等优点,并且造价较低,便于推广。 After an object to be measured is magnified adequately by a microscope,its clear imaging is photographed by a digital camara.The grating constant for 1.667 μm,When a grating is the microscope surveying rod,and the photo is taken.When the photos into a computer is opened by drawing tools to nondestructive readout,the pixel points of the measuring length are obtained.Subsequently,comparing the pixel points of the object with the surveying rod,the length of the measuring object is achieved.This experiment devices has a quick and flexible characteristic,without contact measurement,widely applicable,and with real-time acquisition and analysis data and the advantages of convenience and lower mistake rate.Meanwhile,the systems have low cost,and they are easy to be extended.
