摘要
根据硬目标的特点,提出了1种前后2级均为EFP装药的新型串联聚能装药结构。利用ANSYS-LSDYNA有限元软件对串联EFP装药的成型过程进行了数值仿真,分析了2级装药间距与起爆延时之间的匹配关系。在此基础上开展了串联EFP装药侵彻45#钢靶实验。结果表明:该串联EFP装药结构可充分发挥前后2级EFP的侵彻能力,大大提高了侵彻效果。实验和数值仿真计算结果都表明该串联装药可对硬目标进行效果理想的破孔,具有较好的应用前景。
According to the characteristics of hard objects,a new tandem charge structure is proposed,which using two same EFP charge structure.The finite element software ANSYS-LSDYNA is used to simulate the molding process of this new structure,and the matching relation between space and delay time is analyzed.Then the experiment for EFP tandem charge penetrating steel target is conducted.The results show that the EFP tandem charge structure can full use of the penetration capability of two shaped charge,and greatly increased the penetration effect.The experimental and numerical simulation results show that the tandem charge structure has a strong ability of penetrating hard objects,and has good prospects.
