南昌五湖大酒店爆破拆除预处理方法研究

Research on Pretreatment in Explosive Demolition of Nanchang Five Lake Hotel

利用液压切割机、水钻等机械切割设备以及多项辅助措施,对南昌五湖大酒店22层主楼进行爆破拆除预处理施工,将1~5层、8~9层、14~15层3个设计爆破切口范围内所有非承重墙、承重剪力墙和钢筋混凝土楼梯间进行拆除或＂开窗＂处理,并对预处理后结构的可靠性进行了安全校核。爆破瞬间切口形成及时,倒塌方向准确,爆破取得圆满成功。工程实践证明,以机械切割为主要手段的预处理方法安全、可靠、高效,应用前景十分广阔。

The hydraulic cutter,water drilling machinery cutting equipment,other support measures were used to pretreat the 22 main building of Five Lakes hotel.All non-load-bearing walls,load-bearing shear walls and reinforced concrete stairs in three design blast cut scope of 1~5 layer,8~9 layer and 14~15 layer were demolished or done ＂windowing＂ process,and the reliability of the structure after pretreated was checked.The formation of blast cut is in time and then the collapse direction is also accurate,so the blasting gets a complete success.The engineering practice shows that the pretreatment of mechanical cutting is secure,reliable,efficient and broad prospects.
