工程爆破作业人员安全技术培训模式探讨

基于重庆地区山多、地形地貌复杂、土石方爆破工作量大、爆破从业人员素质低、流动性大等特点,提出了以公安部门牵头,依托高校丰富的师资资源,采用定期加强培训的办法用以加强对爆破从业人员的教育管理。该方法实施一年来,爆破安全事故比同期下降许多,效果非常明显。

According to a mountainous area and complex topography and large amount of rock and soil blasting and low quality and mobility of employees in Chongqing,a regular training and management model was proposed,which unified by the public security department and relied on universities teacher.Implement a years,the blasting safety incidents become down a lot over the same period,and the effect is very obvious.
