摘要
分析了城市道路交通环境影响因素,提出了一套道路交通环境影响评价指标体系。
Based on analyzing environment impact factors of city road traffic,a set of traffic environment impact assessment indexes is proposed .By applying matter element analysis theory,a relevant matter element assessment model is founded.
