本文首先总结了泰勒的科学管理理论的在管理学发展史上的里程碑意义,认为科学管理将企业管理中的秩序、人性、科学三个基本元素通过科学管理制度有效地整合在一起,第一次在生产效率与人性化管理之间架起了一座制度桥梁;其次,本文系统分析了科学管理制度的人本价值与科学价值,并且提出科学管理制度第一次将工具的科学性与制度的科学性衔接了起来,从而昭示了企业管理发展历程中的内在逻辑这一重要观点。

This paper reviews the theory of Taylor＇s scientific management and claim that scientific management put the three basic elements of scientific management system which is order,human nature and science of management integrate together,and bridge the production efficiency and humane management framework through A system for the first time;Secondly,the paper analyzes and summarizes the scientific management system of human values and scientific value,and conclude that scientific management system made the tool of science and the scientific system of convergence up for the first time,which clear the internal logic of the enterprise management development.
