摘要
以脲醛树脂为壁材包覆石蜡制备微胶囊,对石蜡作为相变材料的相容性问题进行了研究。实验考察了复合乳化剂硬脂酸与三乙醇胺的质量比、乳化剂用量和乳化转速对制备的微胶囊的粒径及其稳定性的影响,最后讨论了制备过程中不同酸化时间对微胶囊微观形貌的影响。结果表明,硬脂酸和三乙醇胺质量比为5∶2的复合乳化剂,其质量分数为7%、乳化转速为1 000 r/min,酸化时间为90 min时,制备的微胶囊呈现粒径均一、表面光滑、密封良好的球状,平均粒径为29.8μm。
The paraffin wrapt to microcapsule with urea-formaldehyde resin to resolve the compatibility issues for phase change materials was studied. The parameters affecting the coating process were investigated, including emulsifier kind, emulsifier dosage and the mechanical rotation speed. The morphology of the microcapsules varying with the acidification time was observed. Experimental results show that, when the complex emulsifier is composed of 71% octadecanoic acid and 29% triethanolamine, the microcapsules made from 7% complex emulsifier at the rotation speed of 1 000 r/rain and the acidification time for mierocapsule synthesis is 90 min are of uniform particle size, smooth and wellsealed, and an average particle size of 29.8μm.
