摘要
配煤系统主要有地面式、地下隧道式和筒仓混配式3种方式,每种方式各具特点及适用范围。筒仓混配式港口配煤系统是目前最为先进的一种配煤方式,适用于多煤种、流量大、煤质多样化的地区建设。根据荷兰鹿特丹港EMO配煤系统和连云港港口配煤系统工程建设经验,对港口配煤系统的关键技术及受限条件进行论述。同时,根据配煤系统的组成及建设需求,阐述港口建设筒仓混配式配煤系统的优势及其社会意义,提出港口配煤系统在建设过程中应注意的问题。
There are mainly three types for the blending system,i.e.ground-style,underground tunnel-style and silo blending system,each of which has its own characteristics and scope.The port-coal blending system by silos is the most advanced one up to the present which is suitable for the building in the area with a variety of coals,frequent turnover and diverse quality.This paper discusses the key technology and restricted conditions of the port-coal blending system based on the construction experience of EMO port-coal blending system built in Rotterdam port and port-coal blending system built in Lianyungang port.Moreover,according to the components and construction of the coal blending system,this paper describes the advantages and social significance of coal blending systems built in the port,and points out matters of attention aduring the construction of the port-coal blending system.
