摘要
结合青岛港董家口港区40万吨级矿石码头结构设计,综合分析了相关"一"字形码头断缆现象及断缆原因,针对40万吨级和15万吨级船舶进行了船舶系泊物理模型试验和数学模型试验分析,提出将横缆系船柱向码头后方移动30 m以增加横缆长度的带缆方案。横缆长度增加后,可有效减小横缆缆力30%以上,而艏艉缆缆力略有增大、倒缆缆力则有增有减,变幅在15%以内,各缆绳缆力分布更加均匀、合理,避免断缆现象的发生。
Based on the design of 400 000 DWT ore quay in Dongjiakou port area,this paper analyzes the phenomenon and reasons of broken cables of some line type quays.By physical and numerical model tests on 400 000 DWT and 150 000 DWT ships,this paper presents a new type of mooring style by increasing 30 m for the cross cable,by which,the forces of the cross cable decreases more than 30%,while the bow stern cable increases slightly,the pour cable increases and the pour cable decreases within 15%.Using the new mooring style,the force on each cable becomes more uniform and reasonable,and the cable breakage is avoided.
