宁波-舟山港穿山港区集装箱作业区与穿山疏港高速公路的有机衔接

Connection of Chuanshan container operation area at Ningbo-Zhoushan port and Chuanshan port area highway

宁波-舟山港穿山港区集装箱作业区将建成11个7万～10万吨级集装箱泊位,公路集疏运量将达到700万TEU,实现该作业区与穿山疏港高速公路的有机衔接将很好地解决公路集疏运问题,提升港口服务水平。通过分析穿山港区集疏运现状,预测公路集疏运量和对外交通量;并根据港区总平面布置、周边用地情况及《公路路线设计规范》的有关规定,综合确定穿山港区集装箱作业区与穿山疏港高速公路的衔接方案。

Eleven container termainals of 70,000~100,000 DWT will be built at the container operation area of Chuanshan port area at Ningbo-Zhoushan port,and then roads＇collection and distribution capacity will reach 7 million TEU,then the operation area will connect well with the Chuanshan port area highway,and thus the port services will be improved.Based on the analysis of the collection and distribution in Chuanshan port area,we forecast the highway traffic collection and distribution volume.According to the general plan layout of the port area,the ground condition of the and the surroundings,and the stipulations in the Design Code for Highway Alignment,we determine the connection scheme of Chuanshan container operation area and Chuanshan port area highway.
