摘要
为将锅炉低NOX技术改造可能产生的负面影响减至最小,在燃烧器改造设计中,采用较大的主燃烧区化学当量比,降低对主燃烧区低化学当量比的依赖度和敏感度,并采取了调整受热面和加装磨煤机动态分离器等配套措施。改造后锅炉总体性能良好,NOX减排幅度达到50%,实现了预期目标。
In order to minimize the negative effect resulted from low NOX technical retrofit of the boiler,the high stoichiometric ratio in the main burning area is used and the dependence on and sensitivity to low stoichiometric ratio in the main burning area are lowered in the design of burner retrofit.The supporting measures are adopted such as adjusting heating surface and installing dynamic classifier for the coal pulverizer.The overall performance of the boiler is desirable after retrofit.NOX reduction rate reaches 50% and the goals are achieved.
