摘要
综述了宝钢余热资源利用技术应用现状,并对宝钢低品位余热资源利用现状进行分析。分析表明,钢铁企业有大量余热资源由于量小、分散而无法合理经济利用。针对这种情况,综合分析了有机工质朗肯循环发电技术、低温热水闪蒸发电技术、炉窑烟气余热梯级回收、热泵技术等,提出了按区域综合考虑余热资源梯级利用的设想。最后以宝钢三期轧钢区域为研究对象,对该区域低品位余热资源提出了综合梯级利用的基本思路和方案。
This paper reviews application status of Baosteel waste heat utilization technology and analyzes the existing state of low-grade waste heat resource.The analysis shows that though most steel and iron companies have a large amount of waste heat,it is difficult to make a reasonable and economical use of it because it is small in quantity and scattered.For this situation,a comprehensive analysis of organic fluid Rankine cycle power generation technology,a low temperature hot water flash power generation technology,a furnace flue gas waste heat recovery technology and a heat pump technology were analyzed in a comprehensive way,and finally,an idea of cascade utilization of waste heat on the zone basis was presented.Taking the rolling steel zone of Baosteel Project Ⅲ as an object of study,a basic idea and scheme of a comprehensive cascade utilization of low-grade waste heat was presented in the rolling zone.
