摘要
结合文献资料与实际工程运行经验,综合分析了锅炉内喷钙脱硫工艺对炉膛结渣倾向,受热面的积灰速度、磨损状况、腐蚀情况,锅炉燃烧工况、锅炉运行热效率以及环境二次污染情况等方面的影响。在此基础上提出了针对性的对策建议,加强锅炉受热面吹灰管理、排灰排渣操作与确认管理、锅炉运行参数的监控与分析工作、机组检修期间的计划检查、燃煤品质跟踪管理以及优化运行管理工作,对锅炉安全运行具有较好的指导意义。
In combination with the related documents and actual experience in the project operation,this paper analyzes the effect of desulfurization by limestone injection into the furnace on furnace slagging tendency,dust deposit speed of the heated surface,wearing,corrosion,boiler's combustion conditions and combustion efficiency,secondary pollution,etc.Based on this situation,some contermeasures and suggestions were advanced so as to strengthen the boiler's soot-blowing management,the operation of ash removing and confirmation,supervisory and analysis of boiler operation parameters,planned inspection during the maintenance downtime,quality of coal and optimal operation.It is meaningful to guide the boiler's safe running.
