摘要
处理高浓度含氟工业废水,通常采用的中和反应沉淀法比较复杂,中和反应生成的氟化钙颗粒微小,常规沉淀不能完全析出,出水氟含量容易超排放标准(10 mg/L)。应用表面膜过滤技术处理酸性含氟废水能克服这些弊端,可以处理废水中顽固的氟化物、金属离子和悬浮物等,而且该处理系统具有自动化程度高、稳定性高、操作简便、占地面积小和运行费用低等优点,处理后的水清澈,含氟量、金属离子和悬浮物远低于排放标准。
In the treatment of wastewater containing high concentration of fluoride,the neutralization reaction-sedimentation process is frequently used.This method is comparatively complex and micro calcium fluoride grains will be generated in the process.As the grains can not be fully separated out,fluoride concentration in the effluent can easily surpass the standard level(10 mg/L).Using the membrane filtration technology to process fluoride-containing wastewater can overcome all these disadvantages.It can deal with stubborn fluorides,metal ions in wastewater and suspended matter.The water treatment system has some advantages,such as a higher degree of automation,higher stability,easy and simple to handle,small floor area and low operating costs.The water after processing is pure,fluorine content,metal ions and suspended matter are far below the standards.
