摘要
针对宝钢原有直插式高温工业电视系统存在的图像质量不佳、结构不合理、可靠性差、控制单元操作繁琐等技术缺陷,对其进行了优化,具体包括:采用高温光学镜头解决摄像机和镜头直接受到高温烘烤的问题;在防护罩外层内部设计冷却水导流槽避免局部过热;采用近红外成像技术提高图像质量,摒弃控制单元中繁琐且无用的接线和功能。现场应用后效果良好,图像清晰稳定,各项技术指标满足需求,系统运行可靠稳定。
As the original in-line high temperature ITV system had some technical defects,such as bad image quality,unreasonable structure,poor reliability,tedious unit control operation,etc.,the technicians optimized the system.The optimization includes using high temperature optical lens to prevent camera and lens from high temperature baking,designing cooling water diversion trench in the outer layer of the shield to prevent local overheating,using near infrared imaging technology to enhance the image quality and getting rid of those onerous and useless wiring and function.The new system with clear and stable images has brought about good effect on the site.Its technical indicators can meet the needs of production and the system runs reliably and smoothly.
