摘要 塌陷型胫骨平台骨折在临床上常见，以往为了防止再塌陷，通常采用自体骨移植＾[1]，但自体髂骨移植受到多种限制，同时也会带来诸多并发症＾[2-3]，而且自体骨取用过多会给患者带来新的创伤。
