摘要
系统介绍了生态毒性阈值ET的定义、计算方法、在美国超级基金项目的生态风险评价（ERA）中的应用及应用过程中的注意事项，并简要介绍了由美国环境保护局组织开发的ET值计算软件的安装及使用，该软件可以通过互联网免费得到。
It intreduced the definition and calculating methodology of ecotox threshold(ET). Then the function and application notices were summarized. A freeware which can calculate ET was recommended, and the install and using method were discussed briefiy. This software can be downloaded from Internet freely.
