摘要
严格环境行政执法具有对执法主体和执法对象双重的重要性。现在环境行政执法尚存在不少问题。对严格行政执法的途径作了阐述。
It was important to enforce environmental laws strictly either for enforcement's subjective or for obective. There were many problems in the enforcement. The ways to strengthen enforcement were discussed.
