地佐辛与芬太尼用于妇科手术后镇痛的比较研究

Comparison of dezocine with fentanyl in gynecologic post-laparoscopy analgesia

目的比较地佐辛和芬太尼在妇科腹腔镜手术后镇痛的疗效。方法妇科择期手术患者100例，随机分为A、B两组，每组50例。A组配方为地佐辛与昂丹司琼；B组配方为芬太尼与昂丹司琼。观察术后镇痛疗效与不良反应。结果VAS评分、舒适度评分、Ramsay评分在术后各时点无统计学差异（P〉0．05）。不良反应发生率地佐辛组明显低于芬太尼组（P〈0．05）。结论地佐辛和芬太尼用于妇科腹腔镜手术后镇痛均能达到满意效果，但地佐辛不良反应的发生率明显低于芬太尼。

Objective To compare the analgesic efficacy of dezoeine with fentanyl in gynecologic post-laparoscopy operative pain. Methods One hundred patients underwent gynecologic laparoscopy were randomly divided into two groups, fifty patients in each group. Dezocine and ondansetron was used in group A; fentanyl and ondansetron in group B. Quality of analgsetic effect and the advevse effects were observed. Results The VAS and Ramsay score were no significant difference between the two groups at different time points after operation （P〉0.05）. Side effect in dezocine group significantly decreased, compared with fentanyl group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Both dezocine and fentanyl are effective for post-laparoscopy analgesia in gynecologic operation, but the side effect of dezocine is significantly lower compared with fentanyl.
