摘要
在对上海黄浦江典型弯道水域通航环境现状分析的基础上,通过选取经常在黄浦江航行的不同尺度代表船型,在不同的吃水、风力和水流条件下弯道航行的船模试验。研究船舶通过弯道的时间规律和在弯道会遇概率,以及船舶通过弯道时航迹宽度和实际占用航道情况。为驾引人员在过弯操作、港航单位在调配船舶和海事部门在通航管理等方面提供帮助。
Based on the analysis of the current navigational environment of representative bending area of Huangpu River,the author of this article carried out ship model tests of different-sized vessels of various types that often seen in Huangpu River passing bending area under different draught,wind and tide,researched about the regular time pattern of the vessels passing bending area,the likelihood of vessels meeting at bending area,the space needed and actual width of river occupied by vessels passing bending area,thus brought forward help to ship's officers or pilots regarding ships' maneuvering at bending area of Huangpu River,to shipping companies regarding arranging the time of ships passing bending area,and to the Maritime Safety Administration regarding traffic management in the bending area.
