摘要
通过对所收集到的大量已完工程工程量清单的分析、研究,以高速公路桥涵工程项目全过程造价计算为例,以显著性全生命周期造价WLCS理论为基础验证显著性全过程造价的可靠性和准确性,并给出显著性全过程造价项目CSIs测算模型。应用CSIs模型不但简化了工作量、节省了新建工程投资估算和设计概算的时间,而且对新建工程的投资能起到有效的控制作用,这对我国工程造价的计算与控制方面的研究具有现实意义和重要的启迪作用。
By analysis and research of the bill of quantities of many finished projects,this paper validates the reliability and accuracy of the whole life cycle engineering cost in the bridge and culvert engineering of highways,and proposes the CSIs measurement model for the whole life cycle engineering cost.The CSIs model can not only reduce the efforts and time spent in investment estimate and design budgeting,but also effectively control the investment in newly built projects.Therefore,the results of this research have practical implication for the calculation and control of the engineering cost.
