摘要
我国客运专线铁路正在崛起,与之相对应的是客运专线施工技术正不断接受新的考验。在隧道比重较高的客运专线建设中,如何安全高效地通过隧道运架箱梁,成为项目能否及时完工的重要控制点。通过对隧道仰拱填充预留或无仰拱段扩挖法、预留部分翼缘板法、运架一体机、新型低位运梁车法及现浇法等方案进行探讨和分析,提出这些方案的使用条件,以便科学合理地选择箱梁过隧方法,保证工程的质量与工期。
The passenger dedicated lines of China are growing,and meanwhile the construction technologies of such lines are facing new challenges.In the construction of the passenger dedicated lines characterized with high percentage of tunnels,it is the key control point of the project to safely and efficiently transport and erect box girders through tunnels.This paper discusses and analyzes the filling and reserving tunnel invert or the digging method without inverts,the method to reserve flange plates,the erecting machine integrated with carrying,the new low-position carrying girder vehicle,and the cast-in-site technique.
