摘要
结合工程项目的特点,对影响项目成本的因素进行分析,重点探讨安全、质量、工期、成本之间的关系,进而从人工、材料、机械及其他费用等方面,提出项目成本控制的具体思路。
In terms of the characteristics of construction and engineering projects,this paper analyzes the factors affecting the costs of the projects,then discusses the relationship among safety,quality,construction period,and cost,and furthermore proposes the idea for cost control from the expenses in labor,materials,machines,and others.
