目前移动学习成为远程教育研究的热点,本文分析了移动学习对开放大学建设的重要意义,移动学习的研究内容,并以《数据库基础与应用》课程为例,开发应用了各种移动学习课件和移动学习资源,对开放大学移动学习做了初步的研究。
