浅谈高职院校机房分级管理必要性

On the Necessity of Computer Rooms' Classification Management in Higher Vocational Schools

对于大部分高职类院校来说,由于经费、人员、场地等原因限制,造成机房管理及使用一刀切,管理效果不够好。本文从机房分级管理方面说明对机房进行分级管理的必要性。通过分级管理既满足教学需求的情况下,又减少设备的投入,提高机房的使用效率。同时提出其他有助于机房管理的办法。

Most higher vocational schools impose a single approach to the management and usage of computer rooms,due to the restriction of funds,personnel and space.This leads to the unsatisfactory outcomes of management.This paper will illustrate the necessity of computer room＇s classification management from the perspective of classification management.By classification management,schools can not only meet the needs of teaching,but also reduce the investment for equipment and raise the utilization rate of computer rooms.Meanwhile,the paper puts forth some other methods to facilitate the management of computer rooms.
