试论大庆精神为内核的石油企业院校文化建设

On the Cultural Construction of Petroleum Enterprise Colleges Rooted in Daqing Spirit

文章以大庆精神为内核的石油企业文化进石油企业院校校园,石油企业院校校园文化深深植根于中国石油企业文化为命题展开分析,阐述石油企业院校校园文化本着服从于学生零距离就业的诉求,应积极创设新型育人环境,着力建设以大庆精神为内核的石油企业院校特色校园文化,以帮助石油工程专业学生顺利实现从学校到企业的跨越。

Setting on the entering of Daqing spirit-rooted petroleum enterprise culture into petroleum enterprise colleges,this paper illustrates that campus culture of petroleum enterprise colleges should serve students＇ needs of zero distance employment,and create new environment for talent cultivation,put forth effort to the construction of characteristic campus culture of petroleum enterprise to help students fulfill the transcendence from college to enterprise.
