应用权函数的方法,给出了一个新的非齐次核并在全平面积分的Hilbert型不等式及其等价形式,同时给出一些应用.

In this paper,by estimating the weight function,we give a new Hilbert-type inequality with the integral in whole plane and with a non-homogeneous kernel.As its applications,we consider the equivalent and some particular results.
