摘要
选用Metrosep C4-150阳离子交换柱,1.7mmol/L HNO3+0.7mmol/L吡啶二羧酸淋洗液,电导检测.钠的工作曲线范围为2～32mg/L,相关系数为0.999 98,相对标准偏差为0.876%.用于泮托拉唑钠实际样品测定,钠含量为5.38%,回收率为101.1%.本法简便、快捷、准确,适用于产品质量的常规检测.
Use Metrosep C4-150 cation exchange column,1.7 mmol / L HNO3＋0.7 mmol / L pyridine dicarboxylic acid eluent and conductivity detection.Working curve of sodium Range was 2~32 mg / L.The correlation coefficients were 0.999 98 and the relative standard deviation of 0.876%.Pantoprazole sodium for the determination of actual samples,sodium content of 5.38% and the recovery was 101.1%.This method is simple,fast,accurate and suitable for routine testing of product quality.
