摘要
为了深入了解电信运营商信誉对消费者移动支付使用意愿的作用机制,运用重复博弈对电信运营商信誉作为消费者使用意愿影响因素的原因进行分析,并从使用意愿形成的心理阶段对原因进行解释,进而提出电信运营商提升运营移动支付业务信誉的策略。
In order to know the mechanism of operators' reputation to consumers' adoption of mobile payment, the paper uses repeated-games to analyze the reasons for its influencing factors and explains the reasons from the psychological stage of customers' adoption. Then the paper puts forward strategies of increasing the reputation of mobile payment of operators.
