Precautionary Measure for Concrete Cracking on Surface of High-Pile Wharf

高桩码头面层混凝土裂缝是施工质量通病,影响码头整体观感。尤其是面层混凝土中有很多高出面层标高的基础且需要预埋大量的管道,给码头面层混凝土裂缝的预防及控制带来难度。文章以天津港中化石化码头工程面层混凝土施工为例,介绍综合性防裂措施。防裂效果较好。

Concrete crack belongs to be a relatively general matter in engineering construction,which influences the wharf impressions,especially for the appearance of surface layer concrete.It brings difficulties to take precautions and controls against wharf surface layer concrete crack on this occasion when there are many foundations above the elevation of surface layer concrete,and need to embed a large number of pipes.This paper takes the concrete construction on surface of high-pile wharf project of Tianjin Port Sinochem Petrochemical Dock for an example,introduces comprehensive crack control measures,which has good effects.
