0～8月龄藏獒生长发育规律的探讨

Study on Growth Rule of 0～8-Month-Age Tibetan Mastiff

本试验研究了雌雄藏獒从出生到8月龄体重及各体尺的发育规律。结果表明:雌雄藏獒在4月龄前体重、体高差异不显著;雄性藏獒体重从4月龄开始显著大于雌性犬(P<0.05);体高在4月龄以后雄性犬显著大于雌性犬(P<0.05);胸围和管围在3月龄以后雌雄之间差异显著(P<0.05);耳长只在3、4、5月龄时雄性犬显著高于雌性犬(P<0.05);雌雄藏獒的体长、管围指数和尾长在0～8月龄之间无明显差异(P>0.05);管围指数随月龄增加而下降。雌雄犬的体重平均日增长量高峰分别在5月龄和4月龄,体高平均日增长量高峰分别在2月龄和3月龄,体长平均日增长量高峰都在4月龄,胸围平均日增长量高峰分别在4月龄和3月龄,管围平均日增长量高峰分别在2月龄和3月龄,耳长平均日增长量高峰都在2月龄,尾长平均日增长量高峰分别在4月龄和3月龄。本研究建立了雌雄犬日龄与体重及各体尺的一元二次方程,根据日龄可预测雌雄犬的生长发育规律。

This experiment was conducted to evaluate the growth rule of 0～8-Month-Age Tibetan Mastiffe.The results indicated that the body weight（BW） and withers height（WH） between the male group（MG） and Female group（FG） were no significant difference before 4-month-age;the BWs in MG were significantly larger than those in FG after 4-month-age（P0.05）;the WHs in MG were significantly larger than those in FG form 4-month-age（P0.05）;the heart girths（HGs） and pipe measurements（PMs） between MG and FG shown significant difference from 3-month-age（P0.05）;the ear length（EL） in MG were significantly longer than those in FG only in 3,4,5-month-age（P0.05）;none of the body length（BL）、the pipe measurement index（PMI） and the tail length（TL） was different between MG and FG（P0.05）;With the age increased,PMIs decreased.The peak of the gain in weight per day of FG and MG were in 5-month-age and 4-month-age,respectively;the WHs were in 2-month-age and 3-month-age,respectively;the BLs were in 4-month-age;the HGs were in 4 and 3-month-age,respectively;the PMs were in 2 and 3-month-age;the ELs were in 2-month-age;the TLs were in 4 and 3-month-age.This experiment conducted the regression equation of the body weight and size and the ages.
