摘要
采用正交设计法,选用以硫酸镍、次亚磷酸钠和柠檬酸钠为主要成分,用计算机对化学镀镍工艺参数进行了优化研究,推导了各主要影响因素与镀液稳定性和镀层沉积速率的关联式。确定了最佳工艺参数,为化学镀镍的工业化控制提供了一种可行的方法。
Optimum study of technological parameters of electroless Ni is conducted by computer, through orthogonal design and with nickel phosphate, sodium sulfite and nickel citrate used as main constituents. Correlation expression between main effective factors and bath stability and coating deposition rate is deduced, and optimum technological parameters are determined, which provides practicable approach for industrial control of electroless Ni.
