摘要
高职院校档案管理工作是学校发展的组成部分。本文指出了档案管理工作的重要性,分析了高职档案管理工作存在的问题,提出了提高档案管理质量的策略,以期有利于提高高职院校档案管理工作水平,充分发挥档案的作用,提高档案利用率。
The work of file management in higher vocational colleges is the composing part of colleges＇ development.This paper points out the importance of its work,analyzing its existing problems.It puts forward the strategy of improving the quality of file management to expect the increase of its working level so that it can fully play the role of file using rate.
