摘要
肝纤维化(HF)是多种致病因素作用于肝细胞引起肝细胞变性坏死后的共同病理基础,肝纤维化是肝硬化形成的早期阶段和必经阶段,是一可逆过程,但若病因持续存在发展为肝硬化则为不可逆的。其本质是细胞外基质(ECM)在肝脏过度沉积,而肝星状细胞(HSC)是大多数ECM的细胞来源,因此该文对与HSC活化增殖密切相关的TGF及PDGF的信号转导通路进行阐述,期望对肝纤维化的防治起到一定帮助作用。
Hepatic fibrosis,the formation of a hepatic scar in chronic liver injury and the initial stage of the cirrhosis,results from the excessive deposition of extracellular matrix(ECM)proteins,and it is reversible,but cirrhosis is not.Hepatic stellate cells are the major source of extracellular matrix proteins in hepatic fibrosis,so TGF and PDGF mediated signal transduction pathway is introduced,which is relative to the activation and proliferation of HSC closely,expecting to be beneficial to the prevention and cure of hepatic fibrosis.
