HPLC同时测定芪仲腰舒丸中丹皮酚、肉桂酸和黄芪甲苷的含量

Simultaneous determination of paeonol,cinnamic acid and astragaloside in Qizhongyaoshu pills by HPLC

目的建立HPLC法同时测定芪仲腰舒丸中丹皮酚、肉桂酸、黄芪甲苷含量的方法。方法采用HPLC-DAD对该方中的肉桂酸、丹皮酚进行含量测定,流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸（25∶75）。检测波长282 nm,流速流速1.0 m l·m in-1;采用HPLC-ELSD对该方中的黄芪甲苷进行含量测定,流动相乙腈-水（30∶70）,流速0.4 m l·m in-1。结果肉桂酸在0.125~205μg范围内成线性关系,r=0.999 2,平均回收率为98.36%（RSD=1.8%,n=6）;丹皮酚在0.123~6.16μg范围内成线性关系,r=0.999 8,平均回收率为99.37%（RSD=1.2%,n=6）;黄芪甲苷在10.1~53.8μg范围内呈对数线性关系,平均回收率为96.18%（RSD=0.86%,n=6）。结论该方法简便,快速,重复性好,可用于芪仲腰舒丸的质量控制。

Aim To develop an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of paeonol,innamic acid and astragaloside in Qizhongyaoshu pills.Methods HPLC-ELSD was used to quantitatively determine the Astragaloside togethor with HPLC-UV for determinating paeonol and cinnamic acid.Results The linear range and recovery showed as follows：for paeonol,the linear range was 0.123～6.16 μg（r=0.999 8）,the average recovery was 99.37%;for cinnamic acid,the linear range was 0.125～205 μg（r=0.999 2）,the average recovery was 98.36 %;for astragaloside,the linear range was 10.1～53.8 μg,the average recovery was 96.18%.Conclusion The method is simple,accurate,and reproducible,and could be effectively used for quality control of Qizhongyaoshu pills.
