高效液相色谱法测定炎可宁片中盐酸小檗碱的含量

Determination of berberine hydrochloride of Yankening tablets by HPLC

目的应用HPLC法测定炎可宁片中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法色谱柱为Krom asil C18柱（4.6 mm×250 mm,5μm）;流动相：乙腈-水（1∶1）（每1 000 m l中加入磷酸二氢钾3.4 g和十二烷基硫酸钠1.7 g）;流速1.0 m l·m in-1;柱温：30℃;检测波长265 nm。取样品定量加甲醇-盐酸（500∶1）混合溶液超声30 m in使溶解,微孔滤膜滤过即可。结果盐酸小檗碱在5.585~55.85 mg·L-1范围内呈线性关系（r=1.000 0,n=6）,平均加样回收率为100.36%,RSD为1.26%（n=9）。结论该方法简便快速,结果准确,可用于炎可宁片中盐酸小檗碱含量的测定。

Aim To study the content of berberine hydrochloride of Yankening tablets by HPLC.Methods The column was Kromasil C18（4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm）.The mobile phase was acetonitrile-water（1∶1）（per 1 000 ml added with potassium dihydrogen phosphate 3.4 g and sodium laurylsulfate 1.7 g）.The flow rate was 1.0 ml·min-1with a column temperature of 30 ℃.The detection wavelength was set at 265 nm.The sample of methyl alcohol was added with hydrochloric acid（500∶1） mixed solution by ultrasound 30 minutes to dissolve,then filtrate with millipore.Results It was linear within the range of 5.585~55.85 mg·L-1（r=1.000 0,n=6）.The average recovery was 100.36%.RSD was 1.26%（n=9）.Conclusion The HPLC method is simple,rapid and accurate to determine the content of berberine hydrochloride of Yankening tablets.
