尼莫地平注射液的溶血性、过敏性及血管刺激性研究

Hemolysis,hypersensitivity and stimulation on blood vessel of nimodipine injection

目的考察尼莫地平注射液的体外溶血性、全身过敏性及对静脉血管的刺激作用。方法分别以家兔和豚鼠为实验动物,给予尼莫地平注射液后观察动物有无血管刺激作用及溶血和过敏反应。结果滴注部位未出现明显的血管刺激反应及过敏反应,对家兔红细胞未产生溶血和凝集作用。结论尼莫地平注射液无血管刺激性、过敏性及溶血性。

Aim To observe the hemolysis in vitro,stimulation and hypersensitivity of nimodipine injection.Methods The stimulated reaction on blood vessel of rabbit,the hemolysis and agglomerated reaction on vitro-body red cells of rabbit and the hypersensitivity reaction on guine-pig of nimodipine injection were studied.Results The results showed that there was no stimulation on blood vessel of rabbits,no hemolysis and agglomeration on vitro-body red cells of rabbits and no hypersensitive action on guinea-pig.Conclusion Nimodipine injection has no hemolysis,hypersensitive and stimulative reaction.
