我院深部真菌感染的菌群分布及药敏分析 被引量:2

摘要 目的了解深部真菌感染的菌群分布及其耐药性。方法用CHRoM agar显色培养基及ATB(法国梅里埃)半自动真菌鉴定及药敏分析仪进行菌种鉴定及药敏分析。结果 634例深部真菌中共检出白假丝酵母菌339株,分离率最高为53.5%;光滑假丝酵母菌220株,分离率为34.7%;热带假丝酵母菌42株,分离率为6.6%。分离率较高的白假丝酵母菌和光滑假丝酵母菌对两性霉素B保持了较高的敏感率,分别为97.9%和94.5%;对5-氟咆嘧啶的敏感率分别为96.8%和86.4%;对氟康唑和伊曲康唑的敏感率最低。结论深部真菌感染已成为医院感染的重要原因之一,不同真菌对常用的4种抗真菌药物的敏感性有所不同,故快速而准确的鉴定及药敏对临床上深部真菌感染的及时诊断和治疗有重要的意义。 Aim To investigate the distribution and drug sensitivity of deep Fungal infections.Methods CHRoMagar media and ATB were used for identification and drug sensitivity tests.Results Among 634 strains,there were 339 strains of Candida albicans(53.5%),220 strains of C.glabrata(34.7%),42 strains of C.tropicalis(6.6%).C.albicans and C.glabrata had high sensitivity to amphotericin B,which were 97.9% and 94.5%.Their sensitivity to flucytosine were 96.8% and 86.4%.But they took the lowest sensitivity to fluconazole and itraconazole.Conclusion Deep Fungal infections is one of the causes of noscomial.Differenet Fungi take different drug sensitivity to 4 common antifungal agents.Identification and drug sensitivity is important to clinical diagnosis and treatment of deep Fungal infections.
