摘要
目的:探讨Clif基因多态性与高脂血症的关系,为高脂血症的预防及治疗提供新的依据。方法:采用病例-对照研究设计,收集205例高脂血症病例组和281例正常对照组的血液标本和临床资料。通过特异序列聚合酶链反应(SSP-PCR),检测Clifrs2289709,rs62758860的基因多态性与高脂血症的相关性。结果:病例组与对照组比较Clifrs2289709,rs62758860无显著差异(P>0.05)。针对高脂血症进行分型,结果显示Clifrs2289709高脂血症IIb型病例组与对照组相比较,有显著差异性(P<0.05)。结论:Clif基因多态性与高脂血症IIb型存在相关性。
Objective: To study the relationship of Clif gene polymorphism and hyperlipidemia to provide a new basis for the prevention and treatment of hyperlipidemia.Methods: A case-control study: to collect 205 patients with hyperlipidemia(case group) and 281 normal volunteers(control group),and to collect blood samples and clinical data.Specific sequences by polymerase chain reaction(SSP-PCR) was used to detect Single nucleotide polymorphism(SNP) of Clif gene(rs2289709,rs62758860).Results: The Clif rs2289709,rs62758860 of case group and control group were no significant difference(P0.05).But there were significant difference between type IIb hyperlipidemic sub-group and control group on Clif rs2289709(Palleo-IIb=4.738×10-4,or alleo-IIb=2.959).Conclusion: Clif gene polymorphism was associated with type IIb hyperlipidemia.
