摘要
目的:研究丹红注射液对大鼠缺血缺氧后脑损伤有无保护作用。方法:建立大鼠缺血缺氧后脑损伤动物模型,通过观察亚硝酸钠致死时间、脑缺血行为评分明确丹红注射液对大鼠缺血缺氧后脑损伤的作用。结果:丹红注射液10 ml.kg-1、20 ml.kg-1可延长亚硝酸钠致死大鼠的生存时间;改善中动脉栓塞致脑缺血缺氧大鼠的行为障碍。结论:丹红注射液对缺氧缺血导致的脑损伤具有明显的保护作用。
Objective: To observe the role of Danhong injection for protective hypoxic brain damage in rats.Methods: Use sodium nitrite(NaNO2) lethal method,middle cerebral artery occlusion to determine the death time and cerebral ischemia behavior scores of Danhong injection on ischemia and hypoxia in rat brain injury.Results: Danhong injection 10 ml·kg-1,20 ml·kg-1sodium nitrite extended the survival time of rats;improve artery occlusion in rats induced by cerebral ischemia and hypoxia behavior disorders.Conclusion: Danhong injection on hypoxic-ischemic brain injury had significant protective effect.
