摘要
采用文献资料、问卷调查、无结构访谈和数理统计方法,对湖南省高校体育教育专业2009届毕业生就业意向状况,以及2007届、2008届毕业生就业走向进行调查与研究。针对毕业生就业情况所存在的问题和不足,分别从政府、学校、体育系、毕业生本人四个方面提出对策和建议。
Through using the method of literature review, questionnaire and non -structured interview, this paper makes investigation on employment situation of students with physical education major in grade of 2007, 2008 and 2009. Based on existing problems and shortcoming of employment, some suggestions are put forward from the aspects of government, college, physical education department and students.
