江苏省足球后备人才培养体制改革研究

Study on the Reform of Training System of Football Talent Reversed in Jiangsu Province

针对现行江苏省足球后备人才培养体制存在的问题,论述了培养体制改革的必要性,并指出了培养体制改革的有利条件。在此基础上,为进一步完善江苏省足球后备人才培养体制,提出了改革的具体措施,主要包括:以培养兴趣为根本,树立长远的人才培养目标;以试点城市为基点,逐步建立覆盖全省的"校园足球"网络;以试点中小学为基础,构建合理的后备人才培养体系;以基层教练员培训为重点,提高青少年足球的训练水平;明确职责分工,以评估促管理;建立完善的竞赛体系;重视传媒的宣传作用等。

According to the current training system of football talent reversed in Jiangsu province, this paper discusses the necessity of reforming the training system, and points out the chance that the training system is facing. Based on this, it gives some specific suggestions to the training system of football talent reversed in Jiangsu pro - vince. The main contents are： setting up a further target of talent training to foster interest in the fundamental; gradually building up a campus football net covering the whole province with pilot cities as entity; constructing reasonable training system of talent reversed on the basis of pilot middle schools and primary schools; taking the grassroots coaches as emphasis and improving the adolescent~ training level; clearing division of responsibilities and promoting the management by assess; establishing a sound competition system; emphasizing on the advocacy role of the media and so on.
