摘要 百衲被的意象不仅是当代众多女作家的共同语言,也是女性美学的一个隐喻。在玛格丽特.阿特伍德小说《别名格雷斯》中,百衲被的主题贯穿始终。它不仅作为一种独特的女性话语赋予作为沉默"他者"的格雷斯以声音,而且为她创建了一个独立的女性空间,任由其思想自由驰骋,使她在缝合生命碎片的同时,也求得了精神的觉醒与心灵的完满,从而构建起女性自我。 The quilting image is not only a universal language of modern femal writers,but also a metaphor of feminist aesthetics.In Alias Grace,the quilting theme spreads throughout the whole novel.The quilting functions as a feminist discourse to endow Grace with sound and creates a female space where Grace collects the life fragments and achieves the spiritual awakening and a feeling of wholeness.
