摘要
田径百米运动属于典型的体能速度性主导竞技项目。依据体能训练学理论对百米短跑训练的认识,采用文献资料法和实验法对"ATP-CP主导系统"辅助百米练习的设计与运用进行研究,分析了充分运用"ATP-CP主导系统"设计的辅助练习进行训练,其间依据起步成绩计算93%行程21天,目标提高3%的最优方案。提出辅助练习的设计依据,即:设计百米整体训练方案表现三个方面,在机能系统训练方案体现三个选中,在形态训练方案体现三个选准、在运动素质训练方案体现三个最需,结果表明:百米"ATP-CP主导系统"是客观存在的,设计及实施"ATP-CP主导系统"辅助练习能有效发展速度力量,改进与提高影响百米成绩的三个因子:反应速度、动作速度、移动速度的能力。
Track and Field meter movement is a typical speed of the dominant physical sport.Physical training theory based on knowledge-meter sprint training,using literature data and experimental method,"ATP-CP-led system" supporting the design and use of meters to practice research,analysis of the full use of "ATP-CP-led system" auxiliary exercises designed to train,during which 93% of the evaluations based on initial 21-day trip,the target increase of 3% of the optimal solution.Auxiliary exercises proposed design basis,namely: design one hundred meters overall performance of three training programs,training programs for system embodied in the function of the three selected,reflects in the form of three select the right training program,quality training programs in sports reflect the three most required,the results show that: meters "ATP-CP-led system" is an objective,design and implementation of the "ATP-CP-led system" supporting the development of speed and strength training can effectively improve and enhance the performance of the three factors of meters: the reaction speed,movement speed,movement speed capabilities.
