新形势下,应该在准确把握时代特点的前提下,以理念创新为先导、以制度创新为支撑,以团队建设和内容创新为主体,以形式创新为辅助,来不断完善运动队思想政治教育工作,并用社会主义核心价值体系建设统领这项工作,不断推进我国竞技体育事业更好更快的发展。

Under new situation,in order to improve the ideological and political education of sports team,we should be guided by idea innovation,supported by system innovation,make team-building and content creation as the main body,and the form innovation as assistant.We should also guide this work by using the socialist core value system,pushing forward the cause of China＇s competitive sports constantly.
